My apologies for the late review, I moved house 3 weeks ago but it takes time to locate everything and get through the trauma of moving. No matter how organised and efficient you are, there is always something you don't expect (in my experience). We had our fair share during our move process - delays from our buyers process, changes to exchange dates from our sellers, others further up the chain realising at the last minute that their paperwork wasnt adequate for their purchase, you name it, it happened. Our solicitors, Bespoke Law Services, handled it all with complete professionalism and patience and made sure that we got across the line (despite our buyers money coming through late on completion day) with efficiency and good humour. They worked hard to ensure that we had all the information that we needed in relation to our sale, our purchase, and any applicable fees.
