Ordered for first time yesterday. Staff were pleasant enough and not too long a wait for collection. Sadly that is as good as it got. Chicken wings on website look like those done on a bbq. Mine were deep fried breadcrumb ones, the sort you get from Iceland. Chips were very poor, rubbery and soggy. However the worst was the pizza. I don't know what cheese they used but it is nothing like I have ever had on a pizza. It was inedible. Would have taken it all back but live in Burgess hill so not worth the time and petrol. I am normally happy to give benefit of the doubt and leave reviews that support small businesses as much as possible but this was an experience I never want again.

Huge selection of food at a great price. The quality of the food is definitely average though. Good spot for a quick/cheap meal. The staff are nice and helpful, the central location is also ideal.
Ordered from here through JustEat last night at 8:15, said the food would arrive at 21:15. Got to 21:35 no delivery, so I called them and they said it would be 10 mins maximum, half an hour later, still nothing, so called and the delivery driver had gone to the wrong address, we didn't get any food until very late that night. It was horrible quality, the seafood pizza was overloaded with cheese, burnt on the edges and couldn't taste anything but the cheese. The cheesy chip wrap was horrible as chips weren't done enough. Burger and normal chips seemed fine though. Not happy about this as before lockdown, Burgeys had never really let me down. Usually great food with decent service. Hope this changes. We did get a refund and credit from JustEat though so not all lost.
Was just finishing my farmhouse burger when out the corner of my eye I see a mouldy blue colour when I examined it the egg was mouldy... I'm horrified I had eaten pretty much all of it at this point. The other food was all cold and greesey just to add insult to injury. I also don't know how to complain to figured this is the best way.... I WILL BE AVOIDING FROM NOW ON!
Great takeaway order on the website as it is far easier and you get exactly what you ask for that way
