Specialities include: • Produce CAD/ Revit/ BIM drawings from PDF, images or paper documents • Standardise CAD layers (including creating Xref masters) • Clean floorplans • Design elevations • Polyline floorplans to agreed space standards (IPD, IFMA, BOMA, etc…) • Create fire plans (fire evacuation, fire zone and fire strategy) • Convert drawings/ designs (scan to BIM, Revit to CAD conversion, etc…) • Design a 3D architectural model • 3D scanning • Create 3D visualisations – realistic internal and external images to gain a visual understanding of the design built from full 3D models.
