Good coffee but although I understand why we had paper cups I would prefer proper ones (we had proper cups in the garden centre when we had tea).
Staff are so kind and chatty here. They check that you feel safe in the current climate and will happily assist if you are having issues with track and trace
Very slow service considering there were three people serving. More interested in chatting to each other than serving. The last two visits they have got my order wrong, its only been one coffee!! No one picking up the empty cups, bits and pieces.
Nero coffee is Nero coffee, consistently rich deep flavoured flat white with a hint of bitterness. Small changes during coronavirus all clearly marked, and most people were wearing masks. It was busy inside so I decided to sit outside and watch Haywards Heath folk going about their business, at moments like this you can almost forget there is a global pandemic.
