I've been using Your New Best Friends for around 6 months and my two dogs absolutely love the team! Using the app makes it very easy for me as I'm on shift work and I know that my pups will be looked after even if its at irregular times. Id highly recommend this company and cant praise them highly enough!

Louise has looked after our two dogs on several occasions. She has an unrivalled love and interest in every dog in her care, which makes her -in my eyes - the most superior choice. I feel completely confident and comfortable that our dogs are being loved, exercised and looked after whilst we are away. The fact Louise has experience as a veterinary nurse, means there is an additional facet to her knowledge base. I’d highly recommend Your New Best Friends, you won’t be disappointed.
Can’t recommend enough!! Archie loves his day care days (and the occasional overnight stays). He’s always worn out from all the fun. Louise is amazing and I’m so grateful to her.
Louise has looked after our labrador pup, Bailey, for a while now and I would highly recommend her services - she is so organised, friendly, helpful and always goes the extra mile to try and help us out in tricky times. Bailey absolutely adores her, and is always happy and well looked after whilst we are away for work.
Louise offered a very professional and great service to look after our cats whilst we were away. She clearly has a passion for animals which is evident in the care and attention she pays when she is with them. Thank you for taking care of our fur family.
