We went here on a Saturday afternoon. Although the store was empty the manager was rude and disinterested preferring to focus on some other task. She was also curt and dismissive to a young member of staff. Very poor customer service which does not encourage repeat business. We will go elsewhere next time.

The shoe I wanted was not in my size and the lovely young lady assistant offered to find out if it was available. As I was in a rush I said I would find it online and order it and she wrote down the shoe details for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
