The staff are lovely on the phone but how much work do they actually do? I called up at 4pm on a friday to say I was done with the car, thinking I was doing them a favour by letting them know so they had time to pick up the car. Just to be told that the booking was until 5pm so they wouldn't come and get it and wont have the time that day at all so they'd instead come between 7am and midday on saturday. I woke up early and waited around until 12:30 only to end up calling to ask where the hell they were, to find out the place had shut at 12, closed the next day so presumably monday will be the pick up. Shame for them that I'm no longer going to be in the country that day, do you think they'll want me to leave the keys in the ignition for them? Joke of a service. My previous booking with them, they rang me 3 hours before the end of my booking to ask if I'd finished so they could take the car. No. If I'm paying that much for my day rent then I'm using the time I need and I'll call you when I'm done or I'll be done by the time my booking ends. On an end note, I'm highly disappointed that I cant even leave a voice mail to tell them what's what, my call is met by a blaring alarm and then the line cutting out. The difficulty of communication is ridiculous.

My Roadside Assistance offered me an Audi A5 through Enterprise Haywards Heath and Enterprise Brighton/Hove during the period that my car was repaired. I was extremely pleased by the professional yet humane approach, the Enterprise branch to customer communication level, the helpful and concise service from all the members of the team from both Enterprise Brighton/Hove and Enterprise Haywards Heath; especially Phoebe (Branch Manager Enterprise Haywards Heath), Christine (Assistant Manager Enterprise Brighton) and Ellie (Enterprise Hove).

Enterprise always offer good value, that's why we come back again and again. However I've never felt obliged to give feedback before and want to this time because of the personalised service extended to us by your employee Laura. Its so easy for these interactions to be transactional and non personal and that's good enough really. But Laura made us feel like real people, individuals by asking about our plans and relating to us on a personal level. It showed us how good renting a car could be. Well done, give this woman a pay rise immediately!
