I have used Flint & Co twice when selling property and once purchasing. Flint & Co, and Steven in particular, worked hard to ease the buying process. They were super responsive, were a true partner in pushing slow lawyers along and made sure we were always up to date on the work they were doing. I highly recommend them and would certainly use again in the future.
I was very happy with this estate agent as a buyer. Theresa was on the ball, patient, and prompt at responding to queries (conveying questions onto the seller etc.). Based on this experience, when it comes time to sell I'd certainly consider using Flint & Co.
