Fabulous local shoe shop. Staff are very knowledgeable and I felt safe with their new regulations regarding Covid-19 It was easy to book an appointment and we had the shop to ourselves. Thank you so much Happy Feet!

Shop staff were very \busy\ on their phones. They explained that they had an appointment in 20 mins and couldnt serve us - under govt guidelines we did not have an appointment. (we didnt know that we had to) So we went and bought two pairs of trainers and two pairs of school shoes somewhere else (which took 20 mins!!) and wont return. They must be doing so well to be able to turn away 150.

Measured my children's feet and said the shoes they had on still fit and come back in a few months. We walked in prepared to buy three pairs of shoes...shocked we walked out with none. However, they'll have our custom for years to come with great honesty and advice! Thank you!

They couldn't be nicer when you're wanting to spend your money but turn very unpleasant when the shoes you buy fall apart after just 18 days. In my opinion the sole shouldn't come off in under 3 weeks but the lady in the shop alleged it was my son's fault for dragging his feet. She grudgingly agreed to return the faulty boots but couldn't replace them with like for like and refused to order in a replacement. She offered some alternatives, didn't check they fit properly and you could have cut the atmosphere in the shop with a knife. I don't expect to be treated like dirt when returning goods which cost a lot of money but are clearly not fit for purpose. Dreadful customer service. I shall never shop there again and would recommend others to avoid the shop like the plague.

IMO the best kids shoe shop around. Lovely staff, toys for those waiting and a good range of shoes for toddlers and primary aged kids at least (not sure how big they go!).
