This is a wonderfully romantic place for a wander. Gentle slopes full of magnificent beech trees cascade through the garden, dotted with magnolias, cherries and spring flowering bulbs and shrubs. It's never been crowded on our visits, so you feel as though parts of it are - briefly- yours. Also very pretty in autumn. The tea room is acceptable, but you really come for the quiet, understated romance of it.

Inbelievably beautiful at this time of the year. Calm, wonderful views, so much to stop and look at more closely. Visit recommended.

This relatively unknown garden is at its best in Spring & Autumn, where the colours of flowers and foliage are breathtaking. There are benches every 50-100 yards, so lots of opportunities to rest if needed or just to quietly enjoy the beautiful setting. There are slopes, streams and ponds, with paths winding through the gardens. The tea rooms are well worth a visit. Check opening days and times before visiting. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

What a lovely day we’ve had visiting High Beeches Garden. The colours are so beautiful (this Autumn especially) it makes your heart sing. Don’t miss out on this lovely, calming garden. The Tea Room was a good experience, didn’t make you feel like you were on Planet Ebola.

Had such a nice experience here this afternoon. The gardens are lovely and the staff were exceptionally kind to us during our visit. If you're traveling to this area it's certainly worth a visit. We did this after going to Nymans and then the tea rooms

Lovely gardens with fantastic Autumn colours. The gardens are on a significant slope so some people may struggle to make their way around.

I've always thought of High Beeches as a spring garden (it's lovely at bluebell and rhododendron time) but I now know it's beautiful in autumn too even on a dull drizzly day. As well as the autumn colour we also enjoyed the great variety of trees.

Very nice gardens with a huge variety of trees, plants and flowers. Perfect for a few hours visit during the spring and summer months.
