From start to finish we have been so very impressed with Stefan's friendly and transparent service. His excellent craftsmanship has consistently had neighbours, family and passers-by talking and generating a lot of interest (and new clients!). He has taken all our demands in his stride and given us a truly brilliant 2-storey extension to our family home. We are already planning the next part of our home improvement and we will definitely be using Home Developments Sussex. We can't thank them enough!

We can’t recommend Stefan enough! Work started on our single storey kitchen extension. First the weather was against us but that did not stop Stefan and his team. We had a young pup at the time and ensuring the garden and our property was secure was paramount, Stefan and his his team always ensured this (small thing I know but lessens the stress). Workmanship is A1 we have had many compliments on the finish. We also had a large patio area laid with retaining wall. So a few months into the build we went into lockdown, supplies around the country were running low but Stefan was ahead of the game and preempted this and orders arrived thick and fast and the project was able to continue. Throughout this time social distance was adhered to and work continued. Stefan and his team are very trustworthy, punctual, polite and they work around you and your family.
I am a draftsman and do planning applications & building regulation approvals in the Sussex Surrey & Kent areas. We have worked with home developments Sussex on a number of projects and all the clients are very happy with his work which is always carried out to a high standard. He has come up with solutions for clients in the past which shows he is a experienced builder. The business is run in a very professional way and I would not hesitate to recommend home developments ,always a pleasure.

Stefan recently did an upstairs roof extension which turned our 3 bedroom chalet bungalow into a 4 bed with added en suite. Skylights were added to our downstairs lounge extension which has completely transformed the room. Stefans work rate and quality are both great with him also being very polite, trustworthy and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

Stefan gutted and refitted my bathroom, plumbing and tiling - also made all the things I wanted in place to happen! And really nice guy too! Really pleased with finished result!
