My wife sold to an ebay customer a bottle of perfume, this was sent to the ishop, who in turn opened the parcel before forwarding on to the customer. Somehow this item magically changed from a bottle of perfume to a bicycle innertube... when investigating this the delivery company was not at fault, the customer received the incorrect item and the only weak link was the ishop. They claim that they are not to blame but provided no real evidence to back this up. They have potentially stolen this item and replaced it with an inferior product. Do not trust this company.
