Kate is very knowledgeable in her field and really takes the time to understand what is important to your design. She presented us with several incredibly well thought out ideas for making the most of what is without a doubt a tricky space (and with a tight budget) and had fully considered every aspect of our lives. She is incredibly efficient and responded promptly to any queries that we had and was excellent at explaining any technical points we were unclear on. She made the design process and applications for planning permission and building control incredibly easy for us and quite honestly was a pleasure to deal with (as was her colleague Tracy). We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely return to them for any future design projects.
