Denied my claims for a dislocated elbow, stating "PRE EXISTING CONDITION"...!! I've had the insurance for 5 months for a year long trip to the US, do they think Ive had an elbow dangling out for the entire time?? They only have a UK number to call and if I want to complain, I have to MAIL it to the UK. Avoid.
