Sadly, they just want to get you off of the phone. I feel the staff here are under-experienced and not sympathetic, there is an incredible lack of understanding and empathy, which in this sector isn't great at all. If you do suffer with learning disabilities I would also steer clear, as this is something they are not experienced in. Keep yourself safe guys, we will fight this together whether or not the services are there or not. It's a 2 star because the receptionists are lovely.

My first time at Linwood today for my assessment. I didn't know what to expect after reading some negative reviews here. I can honestly say I am really impressed! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and made to feel comfortable while I waited. My assessor was Absolutely Brilliant, she took time to listen to me & pinpointed my strengths & abilities. Thank you, for helping me to believe in myself, again. Kudos 10/10

As a long standing service user I would like to offer some genuine positive feedback for this cmht. The staff from reception , cpn’s, psychiatry and cbt staff are very supportive and have helped me greatly. I know the service is probably very stretched but they have helped me hugely and would like to offer positive feedback. Kind regards .

Answer service is enough to drive you mad. It offers you number options but whatever you select it loops back to the number options, after several minutes it cuts you off. It does it over and over again.

Been with linwood on and off for years.. The whole place looks and feels like a prison. Staff are not professional especially when you're feeling so down and desperate. Always say they will call you back but they don't. Only time they bothered with me is when I and my family members made several complaints. It's sad really..

This place is rubbish bin with them for over 2 years told them everything hopeing to get help and nothing just bin told could be this and that and getting an appointment is impossible. For them to contact you is waste of time. Would not recommend at all!
