Excellent, professional and friendly service. Needed an emergency locksmith at around 9pm as our front door lock would not open after an evening out. Arrived after around 30 mins, methodically worked through a number of options to see if there was a cheap an easy way before drilling into the rear patio door lock, the cheapest lock to replace, which they did. Charged exactly what they quoted - total 100 plus VAT - fixed fee plus the cost of the new lock. Could not have asked for better and would thoroughly recommend.

Great service. Came out only about 4 hours after we called, did a tricky fix with the door jammed and unable to open in about half an hour. Friendly and professional and good value. Lock now running more smoothly than it ever has.
Paul arrived within an hour Saturday lunchtime and unlocked a back patio door lock we couldn't open. He then determined the problem and fixed it. It now opens with the key! So just the labour cost. No replacement lock was needed which is good. Very professional and friendly. I would certainly use him again. Jeremy
