I was call them for a GP advice because i have a chest pain and because we are not allowed walking in without appointments i must waiting a call back. The doctor call me in 3 hours and just let the phone ring once and give up, they phone lines are very poor. When i was call them back phone lines down :( Very difficult catch them on phone unfortunately.
Excellent service. I never fail to get a timely appointment for me or the family. The Dr's are friendly and professional and explain things plainly. I have never had a problem which they haven't dealt with or referred to specialists.
Phoned for an appointment at 8am. Spoke to medical practitioner 5 minutes later and was seen at 10:30. Brilliant service.
