Outdoor Military Fitness (OMF Haywards Heath)

OMF isn't just a fitness class. It's a whole support and social network, I've can honestly say I've never has so much fun exercising before. I joined as I was bored of gyms and being inside an air conditioned box so being outside makes this for me. The Instructors really care about you, it's not just a job to them, and fellow OMFers give you a reason to go on those days when you just want to slob on the sofa. Fantastic value for money, never had classes that made me laugh so much. And that's the classes, not the regular socials which I love too of course. It's about living a real life.
