I visited Prezzo in Haywards Heath fir the first time for a Saturday lunch. Every thing was warm and welcoming. Very happy and friendly staff. They brought water bowl for my dog without me asking them to. The food was good. Very cosy place. I am defo gonna visit them more often now.

Brilliant prezzo branch. We often go here over the one at Brighton Marina, which is also very good. Very quick service, almost too quick so make sure you don't rush your food as they do bring it out quick. Been here many times and always thoroughly enjoyed the food. Pork belly is superb.

6pm on a Monday.. 4 kids 2 adults. 1 adult and 1 kids meal wrong which was difficult to do as it was a quite time of night. The incorrect adult meal.. They took back, reheated and added a few bits to it. It came out cold and rubbery. No apology given. Asked 3 times for kids drinks. The other adult meal, pasta, lacked flavour. Will stick to Zizzi's until a decent independent Italian hopefully opens one day.

We have just left this restaurant. My pasta dish was fine. My husband ordered the pork belly dish. When it arrived, the meat seemed nice but the potato and veg were cold. Waitress offered to provide a replacement or discount it off the bill. We asked for a replacement. This arrived after a period of time. The meat this time was mainly fat and very little lean meat, not crispy or appetizing, fatty bacon really. The potato and veg were slightly warmer than before but still not hot. It was most unappetizing. What REALLY annoyed me was that I had used the downstairs disabled loo at 8pm and discovered there was no toilet paper in there. I reported this to the waitress who said she would "tell someone straight away". She proceeded to go back behind the bar, take a long sip from her glass of (presumably soft) drink and not tell anyone anything. By the time we were leaving at 8.45 she still had neither replaced the toilet roll nor told anyone about it. They weren't even busy!!! 5 tables with 2 people at each table. This was just dire. We would have left but we needed to eat SOMETHING so had to see it through. Never again.

Got served a vegan pizza with mozzarella cheese. Waiter was very nice, but Polish manager was rude and unapologetic. Almost pissed off that I was not happy just eating the cheese. Not recommended for vegans.

Good choice if food. Unfortunately my food came out a bit burnt in the edges. Made it quite hard to cut into. Enjoyable evening though nonetheless.

i have never seen such large portions in an Italian restaurant before! The taste was pretty standard and the prize was a little more than what i am used to for Spaghetti anf red sauce but they had a voucher on their website so got a nice little discount. Will visit again

Clean, efficient and friendly. The food is accessible but nothing stellar.
