We’ve been in our dream home 3.5 weeks now & are appalled but the service given by Redrow after completion. A million and one snags that are still not anywhere near being complete. Inconsiderate to residents who live here now & are only focused on selling the next phase to make more money. Good luck to anyone about to complete, you will need it. Oh & don’t rely on the customer care team, they don’t respond and nothing ever happens as promised.
