I had met Ryan several times and listened to how he helped local business owners achieve their goals by following his coaching advice. From a personal perspective, I had never spoken to a business coach before and being a director of a business, I was intrigued by what I could gain personally and professionally from someone like Ryan. Unlike other coaches, Ryan talks from his own perspective as a business owner, making his advice valid as it comes from a place of experience. I’ve been grateful for Ryan’s coaching advice which I continue to implement in my working life. I would certainly recommend any company director serious about growing their business to talk to Ryan.

I chose Ryan to coach me because I wanted someone that would push me to understand the financial side of my business, an aspect I naturally avoid. Ryan helped me get a grasp on the financial aspects of business by setting financial goals and ways to achieve them. He also made me think outside the box by challenging my comfort zones and working through my limiting beliefs to achieve goals that I never thought I could.
