Very nice but service when busy is just far too slow - huge queues, otherwise 5 stars.
Queue was long and service was slow, perhaps try and recruit an ex-barrista, who can make drinks quicker? Very nice staff, but just not terribly quick. Cake was nice.
It's ok. They need to compare themselves more to the local competition in pubs and cafes though. Food's fine but the layout is cold and ambience is zero. Luckily they're in the middle of one of the great gardens.
Friendly and helpful. Really shows how shocking Kew Victoria gate Cafe is, they could really learn something from this company.
