Excellent course overall; gives useful information in an interesting and concise way and successfully gave me an idea of the role of a Private Investigator. Further work is necessary but the course defiantly points you in the right direction. Admins were responsive and happy to help, and I enjoyed the course thoroughly. Would recommend to anybody considering pursuing investigative work with an interest in the field. Definitely worth the money!

The Academy of Professional Investigation is by far the most comprehensive course out there. It literally covers every single topic and sub category you could imagine. The quality of the materials provided is outstanding and the support from the tutor was phenomenal! I managed to qualify with a distinction and within a few month I found work in a large Private Investigation firm. As the course says no two days are the same in my job and I find each day filled with different challenges and rewards. I signed up for the Level 3 Diploma as I have always been fascinated by this type of work - more so lately when the Company I work for employed the services of one. I am completing the last module and was very pleased with the content and range of subjects covered in the workbooks - it certainly exceeded my expectations and went into a lot more detail than I thought it would. Any queries I had were quickly answered by the Course Tutor / Administrator and to my satisfaction. If you are thinking about getting into this type of profession then I would certainly recommend this Course.

I registered with The Academy of Professional Investigations to obtain my IQ Level 3 award for Professional Investigators. After researching the course I found the IQ Level 3 was the best one for me as I still had quite a lot of Knowledge and experience to gain about the industry, The support i received from the Tutor during my course was more than i could have asked for, friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Once I completed the course which I found to be very informative and well structured, I feel that I have gained so much from the course along with the confidence that I needed to progress in my career.

I did this course before they introduced the IQ verification. I couldn't believe the certificate that I was awarded with is only worth 2 AS-LEVELS. As I was originally told the course would be worth 2 A-levels. I was also disappointed with the fact that the course never provided any marketing training with the API Academy, which is so important to being successful as a private investigator. I feel I was lead up the garden path when it came to the value of the qualification. The course administrator promised me that the qualification provided by the API Academy would be accepted by certain university's when it is not. I would also like to state that the nationwide investigators group provides no work for individuals newly qualified by this academy. The NIG group and the API Academy are both the same group. This brings me to the conclusion they probably get most of they're money from providing the private investigator course.
