Ordered a quilt from here which arrived faulty. 100% not their fault and dealt with in a kind, efficient and timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Will order from here in the future should I need anything more. Great customer service and the wonderful company

Very bad experience with them. I ordered a bed and bedside table with them and on delivery I have noticed & highlighted some issues with the bed. At that time they agreed for some refund negotiation & send paint to correct the mistakes and on that basis I have signed delivery paper saying \Negotiation still in-progress\. From next day no one called me and when I inquired them after a week they sent me 45 (delivery & fitting charges) and said they cannot send paints as it is not allowed through post. Most importantly, they just sat and waited if customer does not chase, they thought they can get away with refunds. The French Bedroom Response email after my chasing up: I am sorry that you had not received your refund however, having looked through the correspondence from October time, we did not receive confirmation that you were happy to accept the refund of 45.00. I have now requested this from our finance team, and they will pop you an email to confirm it has been processed within the next 7 days. Unfortunately, I have sjust spoken with our buyers and the supplier is not able to send us any paint however, being plain black, this should not be difficult to obtain.

What friendly helpful staff... thank you. I bought the Provencal Dressing Table which is ideal and looks beautifully elegant. I love it. Also purchased a chair, ideal. FBC work for me as I get tired with ordinary furniture from high street shops but I don't want multicoloured and zany. French Bedroom are perfect for that...... Really unusual, quite a find.

A very happy customer! I am thrilled with my new purchases from the French Bedroom Company. I ordered a few items including at elephant candle who has taken pride of place on my console table, a pair of the tassel cushions and the block print cotton throw. The cushions are delightfully boho and although I have seen cheaper options on the market, I am glad I made the investment as they are by far a superior quality than anything else I have found - 100% cotton and wonderfully soft. The cotton throw has been very well used! A perfect picnic rug, bed blanket and most recently the roof of my daughters fort! I accidentally put it in a hot wash and although the colour faded slightly, I love it it all the more!\u2028\u2028Ordering and delivery was a breeze and I could not rate this company more highly!

This company definitely needs to make some serious improvements to the quality of their products. I have purchased 2 lamps and we (me and my husband) were shocked to see how different they are compare to what on their website. Only able to use one lamp as second one has issues with design and some \imperfections\. Switch off/on button located wrongly and not working. I have contacted the company, but they said that the images I have sent to them with the lamp issues are entirely within how they’d expect the lamps to look :)))) Photos attached,
