Me and my family (11 in total) have recently booked a once in a life time holiday to Disney next year. Joanna and Jane have been nothing but helpful and considerate to all our needs as a family. We have been back several times with lots of questions and Joanna has been fantastic in helping with all our queries. Would highly recommend these lovely ladies and the whole Thomas cook team in haywards heath

Never served by the same person - I think they rarely speak to each other or pass on information. Booked for a family of 3 but we wanted 2 separate rooms. However they booked it totally separately, so all through the holiday we were never treated as 1 booking together. Grandma was separated from me and my son all the time - on planes, different floors in hotels, bills etc... They mixed up our addresses, demanded payment immediately (although they delayed booking by weeks) and to add to frustration never called back when they said they would and then denied conversations to cover up. They need to have more constant people in serving.
