Do not use. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Unfortunately a company we ordered a bed from use XPD as a delivery service. Clearly they have reviewed any customer feedback. Either that or they don't care. The XPD tracking app is useless. They split the 3 part deliver and only turned up with 1 box. The delivery driver wouldn't help and was not interested in looking at the app as he said he didn't work for the company. To top it all off the phone number is 7p a minute, you can't speak anyone and the voicemail says they won't return your call. Avoid, do not use and do not recommend to anyone. The worst delivery service I've ever witnessed

Only delivered 1 of 3 boxes had to come back with rest of divery
Promised (timed) delivery didn't happen. The following day, I received an email saying that the driver had attempted a delivery around lunchtime today, but was unsuccessful. However, I was not only at home the whole time, but in full view of the gate and front door, so no delivery had been attempted. Unable to contact XDP by phone, email or "live chat".
Good clear information and delivered on time. Only thing not keen on is no contact tel no or email address to contact if anything goes wrong
Sons xmas present did nt turn up after 4 days despite next day delivery, totally messed up my sons Christmas. Last delivery I had from them was also 3 days late, if any future deliveries are with them I would cancel the order and order through a company using another courier. No tracking info, cant contact them!
most appalling service I have used in 30 years.. 1 star is too high. no delivery for 3 days despite promise of delivery times and failed every time.
