The female host was friendly and kind, the male host who sat us gave us an impressive and outstanding introduction when seating us. Never seen an outstanding host as I did today. The waitress was great, knowledgeable, and friendly. I didn’t read the menu correctly as I was disappointed at my own choice I saw the shrimp and scallop and I read “wood grilled” instead of wood fire clay pot (my head was somewhere else). However, the shrimp and scallop dish still tasted a little blend. I wouldn’t recommend that dish unless you’re looking for sides feeling dish. I felt like the dish was the taste of sides instead of a dish. It may be different per person, but it honestly didn’t taste like a special dish for me. Nevertheless, the service was outstanding starting from the host, to all of the wait staff that helped us. I loved Brooke. Brooke’s personality and work ethic was amazing! The banana cream pie was good! The size is good if you have 4-8 people, but it really depends if you eat a lot or not. To me a bite is good enough! But that’s just me. I love that your restaurant have an awareness on the environment.

Excellent food! We had the prime hash and cowboy burger - highly recommend both. Friendly service too!
We live 45 min away and journey here just to eat. They have some great breakfast dishes.. I would recommend the biscuits and gravy with chicken. This was actually our first time eating dinner here and it was fantastic. I'm a wing guy and even the wing appetizers were incredible.
I absolutely love their food, but was not impressed yesterday. Yesterday I ordered takeout and pulled into one of their curbside spots. I sent the text saying I was there and they promptly replied that my food wasn’t ready yet but they’d be out shortly. I waited about 7 minutes and then felt bad for making them come outside even though we left a standard 20% gratuity on a carry out order, but it’s a pandemic and we like to support small business. I walked in, was not greeted or approached by the two women sitting closest to the door. The expo looked back at me without a mask covering her nose or mouth but her chin. Finally after standing there for a minute or two, someone came over and asked me my name for my order and if I had messaged. I said yes, but that I felt bad making someone come outside. She replied saying how nice that was and then proceeded to go up to a row of orders that had been sitting for who knows how long and grabbed mine. Our pizza was cold but the rest of the food was excellent. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years so I won’t give you a bad review based on one experience, but I definitely will be trying to check out other small businesses instead of yours. Please do better! Thanks.
Being involved myself in the foodservice industry we chose to support one of our favorite local establishments for Thanksgiving. The meal was fantastic! All of the dishes we prepared perfect and the instructions for reheating were simple and spot on. Hazelwood is my favorite place to dine and I have used them multiple times for special events. Each time I have been extremely pleased with both the service and the food. This time was just another example of execution by perfection!
