Khaled was so friendly and helpful! He is an honest salesman who didn't pressure me to purchase something. He simply laid out my options and made the process simple and smooth. I went home with my dream car in under 3 hours (I was expecting to spend the entire day there)! The person who helped me out in finance was efficient too. He managed to get me an awesome interest rate. Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

We scheduled a test drive for a Genesis GV80 3.5 with third-row seating and were told the model was instock and available. When we arrived the next day, it was not avaible and were told it never was and we must have called somewhere else (we didn't). We asked to drive another 3.5 without third-row seatin. After wasted time providing our information, we were told that we couldn't test drive for more that 2 miles becuase another buyer was upset their car had 17 miles on it. We left and they lost out on a serious buyer.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Khaled was my sales rep, and he did a fantastic job. He always treated me (and my time) with respect. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour ... which is a first for me. Wonderful dealership, and wonderful car buying experience!

Was looking to upgrade to a larger car after a career change. I was totally convinced they weren’t going to be able to get me the interest rate/ monthly payment I was looking for. However, Khaled worked some magic and got me in my amazing new car. He provided excellent customer service, kept us in the loop for the whole process which was surprisingly the easiest and most painless care buying experience I’ve ever had. Our experience at Napleton Hyundai was great. We had been looking at cars for a few weeks and had experienced other sales people at other dealerships but I will say Khaled was super kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. We pulled the trigger and purchased a 2020 Tucson and are so excited. Kyle, the finance manager did his best to get our monthly payments where we could afford! The whole experience was great and we love our car!!!
