I don't know if it is mtn or just the staff that is useless. How can you staff member ask another what no to call for the call center??? From the 1st day I went to this store I have problems with my account. This will be my last contact with mtn after 15 years. There is bettet cell phone networks out there like you now the ine with the cup and string thats even better...
