I have had numerous experiences with H. Barry Smith Realtors and Auctioneers. The first experience I had with them dealt with an Estate in which the sale value exceeded 2 million and included numerous real estate holdings as well as a life time collection of personal property with some of the real estate being located outside of Shelby County. The process that this company goes through in making sure that every item is accounted for made it very simple for me in the Probating of the Estate.The second experience that I had which in essence has been a multitude of experiences is explaining in detail the answers to questions I have had in being on their customer list about auctions that I have attended for myself. The manner in which each and every employee makes himself or herself available is unbelievable. Although I have dealt primarily with Jimmy Willard and Shawn Willard I have had interactions with others and each and every one of them has given me a wealth of information. Their website explains more than other auctioneers in the area give for detail and if an item being auctioned is not functioning as it should they will immediately make sure before the bidding starts of this condition. In summation as an attorney who must submit all of the transactions that occur in an Estate to Probate Court I must feel secure in dealing with parties.
