Phoned them and was answered in a rude manner. They didn’t evensay the name of the company so I had to ask if I had the right number. I asked them a question about my computer to which they rushed an answer and said there was no way of fixing- which I knew wasn’t true and was told could be fixed by the next shop I called. They hung up as soon as he finished saying they couldn’t do anything, without saying thank you or goodbye. Terrible service without even entering the shop.
