Had Teresa. We bleached and it turned out great. They are so friendly and inviting. They definitely know what they are doing! ️ Did a pink turned out great! 100% recommend!! If you want to do a crazy color come here!

My experience is very unfortunate. Theresa is a sweet lady but failed to provide what I feel are some very key essentials to serving a client. First off, I may have exchanged 5 words tops with my stylist, this is not my normal experience at the hair salon. Secondly, my hair shampoo was extremely underwhelming between the cold water and what felt to be someone intermittently tugging at my hair. This was then followed by the “trim” that I desired. I asked for my dead ends to be trimmed and some very minimal long layers. The entire experience took 40 minutes exactly. It was an easy trim and long layering nothing fancy. I was easy and asked only for a blow dry seeing as my hair is already straight. I did appreciate how the stylist Theresa double checked to make sure all of the cuts were even and precise. I am sure this may have been an off day for her and I hope this can be a learning experience for other clients in the future. The icing on the cake is that the website for Hair Trip Hair Studio indicates that hair cuts begin at 35. I expected maybe 40, MAYBE 45 for the quickie service I got . NO, I was charged 55, and to top it off I felt that I should tip just to be a good customer and support Theresa in her role. So, 60 later here I am with a below sub-par experience and the realization that I will never return to this salon. I hope the salon lowers how much they charge people for a trim and minimal layering. To be clear I am no stranger to high end salons and what is appropriate to charge. I frequented Salon Visage and paid 60 for the same cut and long layers. The difference is that the hair shampooing was closer to a massage and the client service is beyond reproach. *REVIEW UPDATE: The owner of the salon was extremely gracious and called me personally to apologize for my experience and see how he could make it right. I highly value this type of ownership in an establishment. Thank you for addressing my issue.

I have been going to see Tim for almost 9 years and have never been disappointed. I’ve recommended countless friends and family members to the salon, and they have all continued to come back for the same reasons! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and Tim does such an amazing job at sharing his artistry and knowledge. If you want the best then this is the place for you!

Travis is the most honest and professional hair dresser He took my hair from disaster hair color that was way to dark for me to ...hello hot mom hair color/cut/style I haven’t had a really good hair salon and today I finally found one Lady’s this place is amazing and affordable and awesome staff
