Being a landlord I was informed of a boiler issue from our tenant, I used a boiler engineer who informed me of what the issue was, but after they completed the work I was informed that wasn't the issue and that there was a problem with the heat exchanger and due to the age of the boiler and the cost of replacement parts and pressure flushing it is worth purchasing a new boiler. This is when I was recommended Inspired Gas Service from a friend for a second opinion, they provided a free assessment and informed me of the issue and cost, they were extremely helpful and honest. When they attended to proceed work they not only managed to repair the boiler but managed to do so cheaper then the original quote as it did not require certain jobs to be done. They were extremely professional, honest and informative I would definitely recommend to anyone and I will be using them in the future for servicing and if required repair. Thanks again 10/10.
