I’ve been a patient of healing points northwest for many years. In May 2020, I joined Heidi’s 10 day fast program on zoom. I enjoyed the fast and the detox supplement. I continue to use the detox supplement once a day. It’s a supplement I mix with water and fruit which supplies me with 17g of protein and other things that help with detox. I’ve also continued to be sugar free. I feel very good and have lost about 10 lbs. I would recommend one of her fasts and acupuncture treatment. My knee and hip joints feel better since I’ve been a patient of Healing Points.

I have had a surgery for herniated disc in my neck few years ago and then got diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, which means I will need disc replacement, as well as damaged nerve in my right arm that causes my hand going numb all the time. I have had all sorts of injections and various treatments done to me with a very little results. I have lived off of my prescribed medication, which was worrying me because of the possible future side effects. The pain and discomfort was an everyday part of my life. I am now 29 and my issues has started when I was only 25, which was unheard of for someone my age to deal with this. About a year ago I stumbled upon Heidi and her practice and I am SO glad that I did!!! She is so nice, welcoming, super knowledgeable and really wants to help! I go to her once a week religiously, for acupuncture and cupping which has helped me tremendously!!! I am no longer taking my medication every single day (only on a very bad days when I get a flare up). My overall quality of life has improved so much and I am so grateful for that. Even my doctor/surgeon was surprised to see me doing so well my last visit and told me to just stick to it since it's obviously helping me and the longer we can hold off of the disc replacement surgery the better. Heidi, thank YOU so much for everything that YOU have done for me!!! YOU have a client for life!!!
