I could not be happier with my experience with Jaclyn Wyatt. My wife was getting ready to have a surgery and the hospital was telling us Aliera was not covering the procedure. After two days of trying to be the liaison between the insurance company and the hospital, and being completely in over my head with not understanding medical/ insurance lingo, I was ready to cancel my wife surgery and have it at another hospital. In a last ditch effort for help I called Jaclyn Wyatt, the agent who sold me the policy. She was all over it. Within no time she had familiarized a contact she had at Aliera with my situation and he began working on it. By early afternoon the next day I got a call that the hospital had admitted their mistake and my wife’s surgery moved forward. My wife and I am very grateful for Jaclyn’s willingness to step in and her knowledge of knowing the right person to call. Thanks again!
