I have been shopping here ever since the family were in the Rochdale indoor market. I got my odourless garlic pearls which fight off colds from them for, gosh it must be nearly 25 years. They really work. If you are getting a sniffle, take one a day all through the year and see the results. The staff know what they are talking about too, they are not shop assistants, they are definitely clued up. I would give them 10 stars, but I'm only allowed 5 stars. Excellent thank you.

Brilliant store, I've been getting my local honey and nettle tea for my hayfever from there, amongst other things. A wide range of teas, health foods, supplements, spices and eco-friendly cleaning products. I was quite surprised but pleased to find an independent health food store in Rochdale. They used to be based round the corner but have moved to Cheetham street so I didn't find them at first but I rang the store and was give directions. You can always ring up to find what's in stock too or for advice on certain products of health issues. I'll definitely be going back.
