I saw Rosie at Health House after putting up with years of low level shoulder pain from an old rugby injury. I thought it was something I may just have to put up with after seeing various physios to no avail. Rosie’s level of knowledge and care are amazing. The highlights for me were her explanation of the injury and how she helped me understand what structure was causing the pain. Helping me understand the injury helps me to manage it with exercise therapy effectively. The shoulder pain is pretty much gone and when it does flare I now know how to handle it. A great clinic and a lovely, friendly team. Thanks Health House!

My 4 weeks old daughter and I, saw Rosie for some feeding and bowel issues my little girl was having. Rosie was really gentle with her and gave me some excercises to do to improve my girl's bowel movements. Since our visit our little girl has been going very regularly and is generally a happier baby. I highly recommend Rosie.
