Jason has been nothing but unprofessional, unresponsive and unhelpful. While choosing my insurance last December it would take several days to even hear back from him regarding a simple question. This past June when my insurance was wrongly cancelled due to on payment\ Jason never replied to any of my emails or calls personally but pushed me off to his assistant, who was very kind but was unable to help me get my insurance reinstated. Independence Blue Cross informed me that the issue with my payments being posted to my account was because Jason had used the last four digits of my phone number as my social security number. Luckily, I was able to resolve this issue on my own. The one specific thing I told Jason I needed this year regarding my insurance was vision coverage. While signing up for my plan he said this was included. I find out last week during my eye doctor appointment that I do not have vision insurance. While at the doctor I initially receive an email from Jason that I should have been sent a separate card for Eyemed. A few minutes later then responds to me that he looked back at his notes and he not include vision in my plan. It has been headache after headache with my insurance this year. Save yourself the trouble and lack of customer service and do not use Jason.
