Mike sold me insurance that was supposed to start in December of 2019, but it won't take effect until January of 2020. While we were on the phone he repeatedly said \coverage starting in 2020.\ I attempted to correct him, but it still got screwed up. I can understand mistakes. But he hasn't take ownership of this, keeps blaming Kaiser Permanente for some reason, and isn't helping me resolve this.
After enrolling me in insurance the second year I discovered all of my policies were submitted under the wrong address. Once I realized this I informed Mike who promptly told me to correct the issue myself which started a whole chain of additional issues. After completing 2020 enrollment I did my 2019 taxes. Mike underestimated my income and DID NOT accurately explain to me what this would do to my return. Because of this I lost over 800, am now enrolled the same way for this year which means I have to start taking money out of my paychecks for the rest of the year. And to top it off? Mike has not reached out, responded to any of my attempts for contact and has forced me to basically do his job for him. Please PLEASE save yourself the heartache and stress and DO NOT work with this man.
I'll admit health insurance is the last thing I wanted to talk about, but after meeting with Mike I realized that he could provide better protection for my family at a lower monthly rate. Now talking about protecting my family and saving money, those are conversations I will gladly have! Thanks Mike for listening to my concerns and shooting us a customized recommendation!
