I was given incorrect information about medicare. I had a prescription for a transport chair from my mom's doctor. The man helping me told me that if I used the prescription for the transport chair, medicare would not cover ANY OTHER form of equipment for 5 years. False and misleading. Also, the price of the transport chair was easily 100 above the price I have seen listed elsewhere.

I just moved to N.C. last August from Texas. I have a Quantum Edge Q6 power chair. Needed new batteries- Kevin and his trainee did an awesome job. They knew my wheelchair through and through. I feel so much better now knowing i have a very professional company that has my back. Thank you very much Healthcare Equipment Inc. :)

I've always received professional and competent care and advice from Kevin and Larry--from a hand orthotic to assistance with parts for my husband's motorized wheelchair. Great show-room for choosing lift chairs and bathroom safety equipment.

I rented a hospital bed prior to returning home from a skilled nursing facility. It took 3 hours to install, as the driver forgot some of the parts. It so filthy it took me a whole container of Clorox wipes to clean it. The mattress was so thin and worn with imprinted butt marks that I would almost slide right off. I used it for 7 nights out of 31, had prepaid 300 for the rental and was only credited 80 by the owner. Pitiful.
