I am forever grateful for the referral I received to Healthwise a little over a year ago. I am developing the tools to navigate conflict, triggers, and shadow aspects of Self with love and compassion. I have also experienced immense positive change in my professional and personal life due to the inner work I’ve embarked on with Nick Anderson of Healthwise-Plymouth. I recommend Nick to anyone and everyone—especially those individuals who are new to therapy/inner work. Nick excels at creating a safe environment to explore Self and conflicts without shame, judgement, or fear. He encourages Self discovery through thoughtful questions that connect multiple subjects from multiple sessions, which demonstrates his preparedness and attention to detail.
