They took wonderful care of our girl. She came out happy and peppy. We had a bad experience at our last groomer and these ladies have won our business! They even threw in a holiday bandana as a bonus! Thanks heathly bone!
Have been stood up twice by this grooming shop in the same month. We scheduled to bring our dog in for a grooming. Took time from work to drop our dog off and there was no one at their shop. Made several calls and left a message with no returned call. Tried again days later to find one of the groomers had an emergency and that's why the shop was closed. Made our second appointment for today and again took time from work to drop our dog off and no one was at the shop. No call, nothing. We'll never take our dog here again. They have the worst customer service!
