If you truly need help avoid this place at all cost. They will say they care and then totally blow you off. Thanks so much for helping my son when he really needed it. You could have just been honest in the first place instead of playing your stupid games with people's lives.

The receptionist refused to listen to what i needed, Repeated the same thing 2-3 times, then put me on hold to later inform me that she would be contacting my insurance on my behalf and let me know how things turn out. I find that a complete overreach and found them to be unreceptive to my needs, which was for a basic form to be filled out. If I was paying out of pocket I would not chose this facility. It concerns me that this is an approach they would take towards somebody they didn't even have a client basis with yet.
