From the minute you walk into Hear Virginia, you feel right at home. The receptionist is warm and friendly. The waiting area is clean and attractive. I have never had to wait long to be seen, for the staff is very punctual. Dr. Gardner attended me. She was very friendly and professional. As she cleaned the wax from my ears, she was calming. She kept me apprised of what she was doing procedurally, and educated me about the problem itself. I really can’t say enough good things about this group. If you need help with your hearing, this is the place to go.
