Everything went very smoothly from the initial hearing test to the fine tuning of the instruments after using them for a period of time. I had an urgent situation with my hearing aids while traveling. Saw this business while passing by - walked in off the street with no appointment - was greeted very quickly after arrival, offered a solution and a verbal (very fair) price quote. I agreed, and the work was performed carefully and quickly, to my satisfaction. Advice was given for handling my aids. Mr.French was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this business for anyone seeking assistance with hearing difficulties or technical problems with their aids.
