Had a recent experience in trying out a set of hearing aids through HES. I found both audiologists I worked with , Dr. Alyssa Smyczynski and Dr. Claire McIntosh to be outstanding. They both were extremely helpful and patient in explaining the devices and both were extremely knowledgeable in the broad field of audiology. More importantly, I found both of them to be very understanding and empathetic concerning the psychological barriers to wearing hearing aides. The entire staff from reception to billing was quite helpful and friendly. Very highly recommended.

I wanted to write this review to praise the people of h.e.s. and let potential customers know how great this service is. I personally dealt with the Orchard Park office. Claire McIntosh took care of my hearing evaluation and follow up fitting and testing. She is fantastic in every aspect. She knows her profession so well and is so nice to work with. I felt totally confident in what she taught me and choosing the best hearing options for me. I should not have waited so long to get my hearing aids. I was really missing out on a lot. Claire and the office staff made it so easy,even during the pandemic. Everyone should go here for their hearing needs. I will be referring anyone that I come in contact with ,that has a hearing issue to go to HES OF BUFFALO. Thankyou so much for making my life better, Burt Comstock

Never a long wait. Cindy the receptionist is so nice and rt on top of things. Very welcoming and professional. I would not go anywhere else for my hearing service.. there the best

Very good service. Aids are extremely expensive. Not affordable for many seniors. If you want the best hearing you will pay a high price for them. My audiologist, Clair, is wonderful. Showed me all options and ranges of quality and price options. Follow up service is wonderful. You never feel rushed.
