I did write a 3 star review, but after several visits Dr. David Neville has made great strides. My hearing is the best it has been in years. He was not going to give up until he found a solution to my problem ,thank you Dr. Neville.

I don’t have a hearing problem, however I accompanied a patient with hearing difficulties and was so happy when he was able to achieve satisfaction with his hearing aids. David Neville, DR of Audiology, will meet as needed to modify or adjust the hearing aids satisfactorily. Kathy, the Office Manager, is always professional and a friendly person. I would highly recommend them to my relatives and friends.

I went to Hearing Health USA for a replacement of a broken part ( for hearing aides I did not even purchase from them ) ....... Dr. Neville went to extraordinary means to accommodate me .... but perhaps the best part of my visit was him taking the time to teach and enlighten me of a John Hopkins Study about the importance of wearing my aides ALL the time and not as if they were spectacles to be taken on and off ...... I learned that my brain needs continuous aural input during waking hours ..... continuous input because hearing input is used by ALL of the brain ...... it continues to fire neurons that you wouldn't think your brain was using and basically keeps them in tune and prevents demyelination or a breaking down of brain nerve cells ...... meaning potential early loss of cognition .... early onset of dementia .... perhaps an onset of of Alzheimer's ........ I got the picture !!!! Thank You Dr. Neville and his staff Kathy ...... this was for me more important than actually getting my hearing aide repaired ........ Mike Hutchins , Ashtabula
