Dr. Janice Trent and her colleagues provide professional, reasonably priced, and caring service. I now have state of the art hearing aids which charge overnight in a case. No fumbling with tiny batteries. The testing was extensive and again, state of the art. Dr. Trent was careful to insure that my hearing aids were adjusted correctly; she never rushed. The office, all women, I think, is a warm, inviting place. I recommend this oncologist highly.

The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone if asked.

It seems there is no effort too great for Dr. Trent to make in order to find the best hearing aids for her patients. We are still in the process, but I have found the doctor and her staff always eager to accommodate, to adjust, or to try something else, to take time to go over what works and what doesn't. My hearing challenges are great, but I look foreword to having just the right answer soon!
