I had a really bad experience in this place, I came trying to buy a mini SUV (chevy traxx) for my wife, and I felt that all the time that I was there they try to take a vantage of me no matter what. #1 the car was listed at 14441.00 (on their website) then after checking my credit for approval the car was at: 15441.00 according with the salesman it was listed at \cash price\ I never heard in my previous experiences of this before. #2 the paper came back the second time with \F&I Adds\ something that I supposed to pay for (never heard about paying for all that in a used car) and after my comply about these the adds on the paper came back with a final price of 20202.13 How in the world this amount came from, being listed at 14441.00 I had 6000.00 in cash my pocket for a down payment, and a good credit score, and I ended up buying a car from Douglass Nissan (19' Altima) at 17K and putting a down of 7000.00 I feel sad the way that I was treated, I have bought cars from other dealers in the past, but never had a situation like this. I might try this place in the next 3 yrs when the time come to replace my 2015 Ram 2500. Until then I update this review. They need to replace those nasty chairs, the one where I sat had the arm cushions cracked, I took my time cleaning my arms after my visit*

Update: they are really care about their customers. The service department contacted me and made things right. We all make mistakes and they owned up to it and fixed it. I will continue to use them. Your service department had my vehicle from 8:30 am until 4 pm when I called. To fix a part that supposedly took so little time they did it for free. When I we to get my vehicle the service guy did not even know where it was parked. Every time I have had my vehicle serviced at other dealerships the outside were washed off and the floorboards vacuumed. This was not done on my vehicle.

My experience this 3rd time around is one I won't ever forget. The sales rep, Carla, was absolutely amazing. Very respectful, kind, outgoing and most importantly, catering to my vehicle needs. There is a reason why I continue to buy vehicles from Allen Samuels and it's because of the hospitality. Definitely coming back in the near future.
