Took my 5 yo son to have his earwax addressed. Booking process was straight forward and we were seen the following day. Email confirmation and directions were very informative. Rosalind who dealt with us clearly had centuries of experience. My son was made very comfortable, all processes were explained as though he was an adult and thorough assessment made. A big rock of earwax was removed. Instant improvement in his hearing. Well worth the money and trip. Thank you Rosalind. Cannot recommend highly enough
Very efficient and great service. Booked an appointment online for my son and we managed to get a same day booking and the service provided by Dr Krishna Kirthi was great.
Having just had two appointments on consecutive days which included a comprehensive hearing test and diagnosis I was really happy with everything at Hearology London Bridge. The staff were friendly and polite and the premises are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The audiologist I saw (Ariel Garraway) was brilliant and I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I am really happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hearology to anyone with hearing/ear related problems. Steve Bingham.
Met the Hearology team at a festival and was overdue for new customs, so thought I'd give them a go. Very glad I did, the whole team are excellent! The ultimate test of any business is when things go wrong, we had a couple of minor hiccups such as wrong colour but they resolved the issues with service way beyond what I've come to expect elsewhere. Special shout must go to Vincent and Sam, well done guys and thanks! Expect more orders from me soon.
